Collective defence system of non-governmental organisations and campaign of mutual support. It was started as a reaction to the forced liquidation of several dozens of NGOs by authorities in the spring 2003. Demonstration of solidarity with those under threat of being liquidated, and an attempt to prevent closures of other NGOs: actions of support, pressure on authorities, preparation of alternative bills on non-governmental organisations.
Kurapaty – the place of mass shooting of the Belarusians by the Stalin’s regime which the current authorities were going to ruing by laying the highway. Participation of member organisations of the Assembly in the civic campaign.

Nation-wide youth campaign with participating organisations and public initiatives from 22 cities and towns. June 30, 2002, on the Youth Day, various actions and events aiming at the concrete problem solving (social, ecological etc.) for making better contacts with the local communities took place.
On 7 of April, 2003, on the World Health Day, 90 organisations from 25 cities and towns participated in the campaign devoted to the defence of the rights of patients and health protection.
Conduction of the researches on the state of civic society in Belarus for expert communities.
Developed at the end of 2005 by the Assembly, campaign for activation of supporters of changes for Belarus through promotion of the concept of Freedom as the central value. Visualization, spread of materials, operating and consulting service for activists. As a result of the campaign, the slogan “For Freedom!” acquired significant popularity and turned to become used by the range of political forces.
